We are so excited to be able to offer special events again this year, and invite you to join us for our second second-annual Mingle at the Museum on Friday, June 11th. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor atmosphere of the Reading Public Museum's Stone Terrace through a garden-themed celebration to raise money for homeless animals in Berks County. We encourage you to mingle around and explore the raffle items as you listen to live music from the Cresswell Club, dine on Panevino's deliciously fine food, and experience the talented work of local artists.

We know that there are still many concerns with COVID-19, which is why we are taking every precaution to ensure that you remain safe, while also enjoying what may be your first social event in over a year. Masks will be encouraged, social distancing will be adhered to, sanitizer will be available, and we have limited attendance to ensure your safety and comfort. 

We know that not everyone will be able to or feel comfortable attending. This year, in addition to our in person attendance tickets, we are offering an opportunity to attend Mingle at the Museum virtually from the comfort of your own home. For half of the price of a regular ticket, our "Mingle in a Box" package features a bottle of wine, appetizers, raffle tickets, and virtual access part of our event. Everyone can participate in supporting the ARL through whatever format makes the most comfortable. The important part is to have fun, celebrate the ARL, and raise much needed funds for animals in need!

The Creswell Club

The Creswell Club is a constellation of musicians who specialize in music that makes life better! They may be rooted in jazz standards and music from the 1920s, but they’re also experts at branching out; they can play everything from swing to bossa nova, Motown to the Rat Pack - you name it.

Karen Weber Fine Art

Karen will be returning for another Mingle at the Museum as she live paints an original garden-themed piece that will be auctioned off at the end of the night.

Angie Jordan's Live Digital Caricatures

Adding energy and so much fun into our last Mingle event, Angie's live digital caricatures are drawn in just minutes and make a great souvenir to remember the evening.

Special Occasions by Panevino

Featuring stations of savory hors-d'oeuvres, rustic entrées, and delectable desserts and drinks, Panevino will be sure to elevate the atmosphere of the evening with a refreshing selection of fine Italian dining. Our VIP section will also feature garden-inspired dishes and signature beverages.

Auctions & Raffles

We will have 20+ raffles available for bidding, both on-site and virtual. While we are still currently soliciting raffle items, a full list of all items to be auctioned off will be available on this website on June 1st.
